What keeps you from taking care of yourself?
Looking back on my issues with food, I can clearly see that I have been an emotional eater. Today my goal is to press through my emotions and feel the pain or the joy, and remain committed to MFP. What keeps you from taking care of yourself?

Thank God Keep accountable to others Have a positive attitude Do the best I can for the day Know that I am enough no matter how thin or fat (I think I am) A number is only a number (my 24 can start at anytime of day) It is never too late to be good to myself Take care of myself first (or I am no use to anyone else)

Today is another day to choose life or death? My goal is to choose life today. When I am in or (way on the other side) of food, I might as well be dead. July 18, 2012 One day at a time!
My day is looking like another 10. I finished my exercise for the day. I changed the way my food diary looks because I don't eat meals. I eat throughout the day as my hunger comes. It seems to work for me so far. We shall see. Good luck all and I will check back at the end of the day.

Monday July16th 2012 one day a time!
This weekend was extreemly busy for me. I stayed in my food range and worked out both days. Today feels like a 10 with healthier calorie choices. My exercise was great and i really put forth effort. My hands have been hurting, so I am babying them. Today they feel better. Good luck to all.

How do you prepare your food for the day, week, etc.?
The way I prepare my food looks something like this: I buy lots of sandwich, snack, and gallon plastic bags. When I grocery shop, I ALWAYS read the lables. Mostly I buy fresh or frozen because of all the sodium. Otherwise I look for low sodium. (you would be very suprised to see how much sodium is in food.) When I get home…
