it's been 10 days. haven't lost anything
Help. I am eating healthy everyday. Just enough calories... never under never over. I do high interval training cardio workouts everyday along with ab workouts. I started 10 days ago and do it everyday. I am still at my same weight. Why is this happening to me?

cheapest gym membership?
I am looking to just find a gym to go to for about a month around Christmas time. What are some of the cheaper gym memberships out there? I live in Appleton Wisconsin if that helps

how do I log high intense interval training?
I do one set of jumping jacks for say 2 mins. Then I March in place... then I do another set of intervals. But it's all different stuff. Would I have to log each set and then log the marching in between sets?

I made my own apple sauce...how much calories?
So I made my own applesauce. There is nothing but granny smith apples in it. I don't remember how many apples I put it in it. But I can't find a recipe online anywhere where all they use is just apples. I am wondering how many apples are in a cup of my apple sauce?
