how do I log high intense interval training?

I do one set of jumping jacks for say 2 mins. Then I March in place... then I do another set of intervals. But it's all different stuff. Would I have to log each set and then log the marching in between sets?

I'd suggest getting a decent HRM so you can just add entries yourself with an accurate calorie burn based on your own heart rate and not a generic estimation of what you could have burned.

I log it as aerobics. There is a low, general or high impact option. Personally, I do low(not because what I'm doing is low but because I believe the mfp estimates to be way off). Of coarse, a hrm would be more accurate but you do not need one. The estimates have worked just fine for me. I've lost 119 lbs. I just always choose a level down from what I actually do for a more accurate estimate (if that makes sense).
