Horrible Weekend
Okay I have been doing so good I was weighing around 235 to 237 in the mornings and after this weekend tonight i weighed and it said 243:sad: I'm so mad at myself right know. Anyone else blow it this weekend.

Body Combat
I joined this gym that offers classes called: BodyPump, BodyFlo, BodyJam, BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, and BodyVive, Last night I tried BodyJam and had alot of fun! I have also tried Body Attack which is really hard! I was just wandering if anyone has ever done BodyCombat and wondered if it was a pretty good workout.

I'm so freaking DEPRESSED!
Since May of 2009 i have dropped 50lbs and for the last two months I have really slacked off working out! So the past two weeks I have been walking and instead of losing weight I HAVE GAINED IT!:sad: I'm so disgusted with myself...just had to get this off my chest!

Need to get back on track
Okay so when i joined mfp back in June (i think) I had already dropped from 292 to 275. Once i joined I went from 275 to 255 and this is where I'm stuck today! I was going to the gym but the gym has closed down:sad: Need ideas and tips to do at home to tone and lose!

Anyone on here have PCOS? Well I do and I was curious if losing the weight helps with the symptoms and possibly better chance of getting pregnant? My doctor told me that if I would lose a 100lbs then I should be fine, I have already lost 40lbs so far! Any encouragment/advise would be greatly appreciated!:wink:

Okay so when I first started in May losing weight I was doing great! But now I have been slacking off. I have lost a total of 40lbs and need to lose at least 40 to 60 more but have seriously slacked off! Just wanted to vent!:grumble:

blood pressure
okay...I have a quick and probably silly question. Before I lost 40lbs the doctors put me on high blood pressure medicine (25mg). Well tonight like a second after I took my medicine I tested my blood pressure and it was 120/63. My question is...is 120/63 a good number and how low will the medicine make it drop from there?

Worried, worried, worried
All I keep thinking about is...will I have loose skin:ohwell: I have only lost a total of 25lbs since I started in May! I want to lose about 50 -70 more pounds! All I drink is water, I walk on the treadmill Monday thru Saturday and do weight lifting/toning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays! Has anyone on here…
