Need to get back on track

Okay so when i joined mfp back in June (i think) I had already dropped from 292 to 275. Once i joined I went from 275 to 255 and this is where I'm stuck today! I was going to the gym but the gym has closed down:sad: Need ideas and tips to do at home to tone and lose!

    Walk, run, go for a bike ride, use a stair in your house to do step areobics, find a workout on cable, turn on music and dance, sit-ups, push-ups, march in place, go up and down stairs as much as possible, skip around rather than walking.....anything that gets your heart rate up. Hope this gives you some ideas.

    Don't quit. DECIDE you are are going do this and NOTHING is going to stop you. Failure is NOT an option! :wink: Good luck!

    If you have cable, there are on demand exercise videos to can watch for free. Walking is also always a good way to get your Cardio on. Best of luck!

    Youtube has a ton of exercise videos on it.
