Need help calculating recipe
When I make tomato gravy, I brown a lb of sausage links and add them to the pot to simmer for about an hour. I remove them at the end and serve on the side. Does anyone have ideas about how to calculate how many calories and fat grams this would add to the actual gravy?

When I feel deprived...
When I feel deprived, or find myself bemoaning the fact that I "can't" eat something, I give myself a mental head slap, shake it off, and remind myself that I "Can" eat anything, but I'm "CHOOSING" to eat within my goal calorie range. I know it's just semantics, but it really does make me feel better.

Wardrobe NSV
I shrunk out of most of my clothes, so I went to Kohl's on Saturday to get a few pairs of pants. I was pleased to find I could easily fit in any size 10 I picked up. I started MFP at a size 14, and haven't worn a size 10 in about 9 years. Yay! Funny that I'm in better shape as I approach 35 than I was in my mid-late 20s.

Fearing C25K Wk5D3
Today, right after work, I'm going home to face day 3 of C25K week 5. This is the first long run - 20 minutes, no walking breaks. Up until now, the longest run was 8 minutes. I'm considering not leaving work. Ever. Seriously, this is just intimidating the crap out of me. Tell me I can do it.

Not sated
I just ate a decent sized dinner - a cup of pasta with some chicken and broccoli. But I still have a hungry feeling. This is unusual for me. I'm going to give it a while to settle and see if it gets better. Do any of you get this feeling?

Foods that aren't "worth" the calories
Have you noticed that there are foods that you used to eat all the time, but now think about eating, and decide, "Nah, it's not worth the calories"? I've found this with wine, a lot. A bunch of my jeans are in the wash, so when I got dressed this morning I figured I take a chance and grabbed a pair of jeans I hadn't been able to wear for quite some time. They Fit! Tuesday July 3
I guess this would be Day 28 for anyone who Shredded every single day. For me, it was L2, D9. Today was the first day I got through with Level 2 and thought - "Well, that wasn't so bad." One more day to bask in my accomplishment, and then I move up to Level 3. Good Grief. Day 19, shredded.

Doing the math...
I went through and added up my calorie deficits for the past 3 weeks - according to the numbers, I should have lost 3.7 lbs. I've lost 7. I think I must have under-estimated my typical daily activity level - I assumed I was sedentary (sit behind a desk 5-6 out of 8 hours per day, sit on the couch most of the evening.)
