Little Victories

This morning a co-worker handed me two Hersey's with Almonds Nuggets. I stuck them in my pocket. Later I took them out of my pocket, checked the MFP database to find out how many calories they were (50 each) and stuck them in my drawer. I just opened the drawer and realized they are still there.

I know before my current eating plan, I would have immediately eaten them, and probably wanted more. But today I don't feel driven to eat them at all. I've decided to save them for a rainy (read: PMS) day. It's interesting how much your perspective about food can change.
