I just ate a decent sized dinner - a cup of pasta with some chicken and broccoli. But I still have a hungry feeling. This is unusual for me. I'm going to give it a while to settle and see if it gets better. Do any of you get this feeling?

    Yes: I'll usually add some additional olive oil to that sort of meal to increase the fat to keep me sated. It's 120 well spent calories, in my view.

    My trainer suggested having a banana right after, when I was having the same issue.
    It works.

    when that happens to me I just fill up on fruits and veggies.

    Sometimes it takes a while for my brain to catch up with my stomach. I often still feel hungry for 15-30 minutes after a good meal. It always goes away though. Sorry I don't have any advice!

    Try drinking some water. Waiting also helps. Sometimes I still feel hungry after a meal, sometimes it passes and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't then I try to eat some fruit or veggies.

    That's what happens to me, too. I usually just wait and see. Sometimes it goes away. If it doesn't, then I have a piece of fruit or something.
