Doing the math...

I went through and added up my calorie deficits for the past 3 weeks - according to the numbers, I should have lost 3.7 lbs. I've lost 7. I think I must have under-estimated my typical daily activity level - I assumed I was sedentary (sit behind a desk 5-6 out of 8 hours per day, sit on the couch most of the evening.)

It could be water. Also you are female and us women go up and down depending on where we are in our cycle. You could be correct too. Another thing is depending on your starting weight and body chemistry, you could be losing quicker because of that. I lose mega slow, so my number never work out to what I actually lose. Comes down to people are different. Be sure to cut yourself slack and be positive on the bad weeks. . Good luck and congrats!0
