Need to eat MORE calories!!
I seem to only be able to bring myself to eat 800-1000 calories in a day. My job is stressful so I have no appetite, but when I get home I have a big dinner where I consume ALL my calories for the day. What's a good way to pack more in there? ("Eat more during the day" is not a response I'm looking for. I do what I can,…

Feet going numb while exercising
I've recently come to notice my feet are going numb while I'm running or using the elliptical. I've recently had to stop running and jump on the elliptical because I'm scared I'll fall over or trip since I lost the sensation. It comes back as soon as I finish my workout. I've tried tying my sneakers looser but to no avail.…

Working out hungover?
I feel like crap. If I went to the gym and tried to work out, would I feel better for it in the end? Is it possible I'll ralph all over the place?

The Body Sculpting Bible for Women--What do we think?
What do we think of this book? I read a lot of the "text" and rolled my eyes, but I do like the exercises they demonstrated. I found a lot that I had either forgotten about or never done, and I'm pretty excited to give it a shot. I couldn't really take a lot of their science and nutrition seriously. Broscience for sure...

Going over protein?
Is it bad to get TOO MUCH protein? I'm about 25 grams over on protein today, but only about 50 calories over. I'm not habitually over protein, but would it be bad if I were?

Good Snacks for Mindless Grazing
I just discovered... pomegranate seeds. I can only eat a few before my sweet tooth is overwhelmed, but I can put them in a bowl and snack for an hour and not think anything about it. Sometimes it's fun to just graze :) What are your favorite snacks to mindlessly graze on without feeling guilty?

Incline vs. Flat
I've been hitting the treadmill lately (ugh) and have been challenging myself on it by running at a consistent incline. Does running a given distance at an incline burn more calories than running that same distance at 0%?

Good Mysteries to Read? Or Books in General?
Since I don't have TV or Netflix or anything, I do a lot of reading. Like, a LOT. They know me at the local library. But I'm at a loss what to read next, so I'd like some input. I like mysteries, supernatural (ghosts, not stupid vampire/werewolf garbage), murder, etc. Maybe even a little romance here and there. Here's what…

Advice--Runner's Knee?
So I'm training for a marathon--my training stalled for a bit, and now I'm back. I can't get back to where I was, because I'm having a lot of lasting knee pain. This happened before, and I was told I was overtraining. Now I KNOW I'm not overtraining... I don't know what else to do. I ice them after each run, I take Advil…
