Try a store like Whole Foods, or Trader Joes. Even a local farmers market. You'll find "whole" granola that has no added sugar or a whole lot of processing. Basically you're going to buy homemade granola from the store. Try that! (I personally like Bear Naked brand myself)

It burned my skin. Well not burned, but it was irritating to the point I had to wipe it off. But I've been known in the past to be sensitive to things like that (also plumping lip gloss burns me too). But my uncle swears by it.

I have to earn my showers by working out. So if I don't work out, I don't get to shower. Sometimes, I'll workout just because I'd like to shower finally. End up showering about 5-6/week. :tongue:

I personally don't care for them; but I think that's because I prefer women to be soft and curvy. The definitiion of the muscle would throw me off a bit. So flat tummy, yes, but no bulging six pack. Just my .02

Since our treadmills have internet and speakers, I play the Pandora Classic Rock station. "Eye of the Tiger" started playing at a very crucial moment. It's the best ever, I love it!

Okay, so I went to the gym after all. I said this in my head every time I wanted to quit. But I toughed it out (and smelt SO bad--I forgot alcohol sweat is just nasty) and I even took my pooch on a long walk after. Still not feeling 100% but feeling WAY better than I did this morning :blushing:

I use it where I would put shredded lettuce on my sandwiches. Had some yesterday on a philly chicken sandwich, and also on a tuna po boy. I thought it was great. I can't really tell the difference between cabbage and lettuce though (apparently there IS one...)
