Since our treadmills have internet and speakers, I play the Pandora Classic Rock station.

"Eye of the Tiger" started playing at a very crucial moment.

It's the best ever, I love it!

Anything from Papa Roach is great. "Time Bomb" by Godsmack will get you going too!

I listen to internet radio--SONGZA. Beats the hell out of Pandora, no ads and the music playlists are grouped by activity. So...I just plug into energetic workout music in any genre and I'm good to go! But...I like Linkin' Park, Theory of a Dead Man (I may have this title wrong but "bad bad girlfriend" rocks), Staind, Alice in Chains, Marilyn Manson, stuff like that.

Depending upon the type of workout...

Dance/club songs like We Run the Night by Havana Brown, or Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO
A LOT of music from the 80s... I'm Free by Kenny Loggins, Why Me by Irene Cara

This is going to sound weird because I am a country music kind of girl but when I do cardio I like Pitt Bulls songs.
