What do we think of this book?
I read a lot of the "text" and rolled my eyes, but I do like the exercises they demonstrated. I found a lot that I had either forgotten about or never done, and I'm pretty excited to give it a shot.
I couldn't really take a lot of their science and nutrition seriously. Broscience for sure...

I used the book 6 years ago to get in shape for my wedding, and I liked the workouts. I got great results with them combined with a caloric deficit. You can do them at home and there are so many modifications. The diet I don't agree with at all, but that's a personal preference.0

It's a old book but my first training book and I love it. Don't use it that much anymore but nutrition info is great and the mind to body connection advice.0
