Saving calories for the weekend?
Hello, Does anyone save their calories for the weekend so they can indulge a little more.. I usually eat 1500 calories so x7 that is 10,500. If I eat 1300 calories Monday - Friday on Saturday and Sunday I can eat 2000 calories a day and still hit my weekly calorie goal. Does anyone else do this?

Didn't lose any weight?
This is my third week logging on MFP. The first week I lost a little over two kilos, the next week 0.8 kilos and nothing this week. I ate well, didn't go over calories and exercised. Is this normal? Should I expect to lose weight consistently every week?
