Didn't lose any weight?

This is my third week logging on MFP.

The first week I lost a little over two kilos, the next week 0.8 kilos and nothing this week.

I ate well, didn't go over calories and exercised.

Is this normal? Should I expect to lose weight consistently every week?

    I have had a month where I lost 2 pounds which seemed slow but then the next month it picked up. At least you haven't gained!

    Yup completely normal. Weight loss isn't linear (the same applies to weight gain) :smile:
