Saving calories for the weekend?

Hello,

Does anyone save their calories for the weekend so they can indulge a little more..

I usually eat 1500 calories so x7 that is 10,500.

If I eat 1300 calories Monday - Friday on Saturday and Sunday I can eat 2000 calories a day and still hit my weekly calorie goal.

Does anyone else do this?

    I don't purposely do it all the time.. but it somehow always ends up working out in my favor that way!

    Example.. sometimes during the week I'll eat a little below my goal and then even put in a workout. Well, I'm not going to force myself to eat calories just because I haven't met my goal.

    Then sure enough Friday night rolls around and hubby and I always like to go on a date out. I don't feel so guilty going over on cals quite a bit on date night because I was reasonable throughout the week and actually ate under my goal a couple days here and there.

    Its actually been working out well for me!
