But when I'm really good it doesn't budge? Yes, I ate some halloween candy yesterday. And now I'm up 1.2 pounds? How come when I'm right on track it doesn't swing that wildly??? :grumble:

jogging and knees
Jogging really hurts my knees, for like days afterwards. Does that mean it's not for me? I like how it makes me feel otherwise. I am young (31) and only about 15lbs overweight. alternatives to cow's milk
For various reasons I am thinking of cutting out cow's milk. I don't want to do soy milk either, so I guess I'm left with rice milk? Is there anything else? Goat's milk on my cereal? :tongue: Have you tried rice milk? Does it taste good?

It's 12:40 and I'm OVER my calories for the day! Had my normal bfast then some pizza and cookies at a work function. Pre-MFP I would have waaaay underestimated the cals and thought I had a bunch left for dinner. Now I know how long I'll have to be in the gym tonight (Happy Friday to me)!:flowerforyou:

I'm confused...yesterday I stuck to my calories and did a very challenging hour long pilates workout. Today I am up a pound! People will say your weight fluctuates blah blah but that is not how my body usually works. So what gives? How unmotivating!
