At my office someone brings in chocolate all the time. I am the 2nd thinnest person in the office but the only one who ever says anything about trying to lose weight/eat better. That said, a couple of us REALLY enjoy the chocolates when they're out (but I do log them into MFP). Anyway there was a new bowl of chocolates yesterday and a note that said "Pace Yourself 20carrots!"
It really hurt my feelings but I am going to try to channel it into motivation. I have decided that I will not take a SINGLE chocolate this time around. But it still makes me feel lousy...

You really cant control what other people do or say or what their motivation for posting that note. All you can do is control what you do. Are you happy with where you are at physically , your health and mental well being? I wouldnt really worry about giving in to eating a chocolate, however I would worry about not being able to stop eating a great deal of chocolate. Track and implement it into your daily schedule as you account for it, which you do.0
