question on fruit.
I eat a whole bunch of it. My question is, because i tend to eat so much fruit, i go over quite often on suger. Is the suger from fruit, such as watermelon, or cantalope all that bad?My thought is, its fruit, its good for you, but am i screwing up my diet by eating too much?

so im sure this has been asked before, but i was wondering if its worth the expence of getting a heart rate monitor or one of those fit arm bands. is it normal
to fluctuate 2-3 lbs on a daily basis? Yesterday i weighed 3 lbs less than today. This seems to be a trend in the last 20 lbs I've lost. i'm just curious if this is normal, or if maybe i ate the wrong foods, too much salt, not enough water, and so on..

dreaded saggy tummy skin
