Iron goals for Men
Howdy, Been doing some research, including searching this site. From what I understand, Men my age (40yo) need 8mg of iron per day and the DV% amounts on food labels are for 18mg per day. Is this correct? If it is, then I need to set my goal on MFP to 44%, right? Since 8 is 44% of 18. I'm fairly sure I have it all figured…
