We just installed a Smith machine in our gym on an offshore vessel.... looking for a proper wallchart or exercises/workouts for a Smith Machine to get the crew a proper workout. Can't find anything nice on the interweb....

do women look at butts...???
oke, here's the issue. I had a discussion yesterday that women look at mens butts as often as men do at womens butts. To be honest, i'm a butt man. i like looking at them butts....not like a creep or something...but a good butt is a joy to see. Now i'm convinced that women do so too..... what are your thoughts.

Supplements, Protein shakes really necessary
Hi, Just wondering. On all fitness sites and healthy eating info i read, they recommend to use supplements, protein shakes etc. Are these really worth while using. These things are just to give it the "extra notch" for workout right...?? Thanks, Tinuz

just wondering what's better to do. When finished a set of lifting weights and this goes pretty smooth....add an extra set or increase the weight??

As i followed a low carb diet with my wife....i lost around 7 kg's in 5 weeks...my exercises were my 2 sons (3 & 5) on a school holiday, so swimming running walking climbing you name it. When to eat after workout......???
When do you guys have a meal after a workout session. when at work (i work on an offshore vessel) i workout in the morning and within an hour i'm having my breakfast. just a sandwich or fruit.......nothing fancy Not sure if it's oke to eat "straight" after a workout session Just curious what other people do.....

i'm stuck
about 1 year ago i was 126kg and needed to loose weight......urgent!!!! now i am stuck at 110-112 kg for a couple of months now......this is soooooo frustrating. Can't seem to get over the 110kg limit. Haven't really changed my routine.....regular gym visits and eating patterns..... cant find anything out of the ordinary.…
