Which is better to have at breakfast??
I am doing good at not skipping any meals and staying at my calories intake of 1200 a day. I don't have a lot of time for breakfast mon-fri due to work schedule. I want to start drinking either a protein shake or a homemade smoothie. Is one better than the other? Also could I get some of others smoothie receipes. Thanks

Help me understand?
I've been doing My Fitness Pal for 40 days now. I list everything I eat. I stay at 1200 calories or a little less. I don't skip meals. I do not drink any sodas (which I use to drink nothing but sodas). I have only lost 5 to 6 lbs. I exercise almost everyday from 35 min to a hour. The weigh is staying same last week or two.…

Sooo frustrated, slow go
Well week 1 lost my goal 2 pds per week Week 2 again lost 2 pounds Week 3 up and down all week not losing at all this week. Is this normal?

Gaining weight
Is it normal to gain weight, I am almost 2 weeks in staying with my calorie intake and have also started biking almost everyday anywhere from 30 min to hour. The last few days I am losing less and today I actually gained a POUND! Is this due to exercising and maybe gaining muscle?? Help!

Walking or Biking?
