Does it matter what time you exercise? Before or after eating? Or just as long as you exercise you benefit?

Don't think it really matters what time of day you do it as long as you do exercise. I usually do mid morning or afternoon or evening. Usually wait 40 min. after I eat. Depends how much exercise you are doing also.
I don't do as much as some people. I usually do 2 to 3 miles of Leslie Sansone daily and then 3xs a week toss in weights and ab work. Started with 20 min 3xs a week and now its at least 30 min. with only taking 1 day off a week. I really want to lose this weight and get stronger. Am working towards trying to do at least an hour a day.0
