Sooo frustrated, slow go

Well week 1 lost my goal 2 pds per week
Week 2 again lost 2 pounds
Week 3 up and down all week not losing at all this week. Is this normal?

    Absolutely. There are many things that affect the number on the scale.

    Sodium intake
    Starting a new exercise program (the muscles retain water to repair themselves)
    Your time of the month
    If you've eaten or drank anything before you step on the scale

    Don't let that number discourage your hard work. Take measurements and pictures NOW. You'll definitely notice a difference in a month, even if the scale only changes a few pounds.
