Ok, so I know that a HRM is the best way to monitor calories burned however I don't have one and can't afford one at the moment so I rely on MFP and I also have the cardio trainer app on my phone. Was just wondering if anyone else found that they were really sore during this week? I had some sore muscles at the beginning of Insanity, but then I got used to it....but this week is intense. Was just wondering if I am doing Insanity (day 19 today) can I do more cardio at the gym? Or is Insanity enough? My energy level is up and I think I could handle a treadmill but I just didn't know if my body needs to rest after something intense like Insanity? Thoughts? What do the rest of you do?

Ok, so I work out about 6 days a week and i am not always feeling it after or the next day. Is this normal? Should I feel something everytime I work out?
