Need some help folks....in a few weeks I will be starting night classes three nights a week. Since class starts at 630 and I will be on the road by 5, I need some dinner ideas. I can't eat in class so I need suggestions for easy/healthy/portable food. So far all I have come up with are protein bars or a turkey wrap with some carrot sticks. I would appreciate any ideas you all may have. I have to keep it interesting, as I will be eating on the road three nights a week for almost three months. I really am hoping to avoid the drive through at all costs.....so let's see what you awesome folks can come up with. Thanks a ton.

Are you trying to eat in transit? Or could you make a salad and take it?
Sandwiches - veggie, cheese? A wrap?
    Soup in a thermos?
Pasta salad with lots of veggies?

Can you prepare stuff in advance? If so there are tons of options. Wraps are easy and portable. Most veggies can be eaten by hand, as can fruits.

My class is Anatomy and Physiology and there will be labs, not sure I can eat. So yes, things in transit would be best. Wraps are my best bet I think now.
