6 week 100 pushup challenge.
I am starting the 200 crunch challenge and saw that there was also a 100 pushup challenge so I thought I would do both at the same time!! I did my inital test this morning and did 10 consecutive pushups. I will start week one tomorrow and be doing my pushups on Sundays, tuesdays, and thursdays!! Anyone want to join in?!

I just changed from settings from losing 2lbs per week to 1lb a week because it allows me to eat over 200 cals more a day. I have been feeling so hungry when I am only eating 1200 cals a day and think that upping my intake to 1400 would help! Has anyone done this and still had luck with losing weight? seedless green grapes
I'm not exactly sure which one to use, my grapes didn't have a nutrition table on them, but yet when I put in 1 cup of seedless green grapes I get anything from 13 calories to 110 calories. How can they be that different?

I am trying to lose 25 lbs and just started counting my calories on this site. I am supposed to stay at 1200cal a day, and I noticed on this site it also gives you an amount for carbs and protein to stay at. I have only ate 500cal so far, but I am already over my protein by 3 today. How is this going to affect me?
