  • I should have measured. I'm just wondering if this is not the workout for me. I need to lose at least 25lbs. My goal weight would be 40lbs. I know eating habits have a lot to do with me losing the weight and I'm slowing trying to adjust them. Trying to cut out pop and reduce portions right now.
  • Congrats everyone! I am getting marrived November 2015 and would like to lose at least 25lbs. My goal weight is still about 40lbs away. I started insanity workouts and am on week 2, I haven't yet adjusted my diet...but that's my next step

  • I agree with the shoes! Go get fit for shoes at a running store! This has helped me so much! Also stretch, ice, and drink lots of water!! And listen to your body. If your really sore...it might be time to take a day or two off and rest so you dont get hurt!
  • I drank 3-4 a day, and I think it probably took me about a week to stop having headaches from them. They were just dull headaches, but never the less, they were still there.   • I drink a lot of water throughout the day, and I usually don't have an issue. I would suggest gum to keep your mouth salivating while you run.

  • I usually watch tv on the treadmill...its the only time of day I watch tv, so I tend to focus on that instead of the fact that I am running. I do have the Nike+ app on my phone which does the GPS and pace, but it doesnt always seem like the pace is that accurate when I look at it. I more use it for knowing the distance and…
  • Im getting ready to start the program over again (I stopped because of a hurt foot) but I plan on going to Zumba mondays and wednesdays and running tuesday friday and sunday. That way I will have thursday and saturdays off to rest

  • Did anyone lose weight with the 30day shred? I am always so skeptical of workout videos for some reason. I have the biggest loser bootcamp one but havent tried it yet. Jillian's 30 day shred says you can lose up to 20lbs in 30 days--just curious if anyone has completed it and had luck.

  • it's been over a week, and this is the time of day I normally start noticing myself getting tired, but today is really bad, and I don't know why. I keep trying to tell myself that I know I will feel better after I run...but I have to make it through another 2 hours of work before I can get to that point.
  • Don't listen to that negative voice!! You can do it again! I am starting week 3 day 1 tonight and am a little nervous to run 3 mins straight and can't wait for the day I can run 20!! You've done it before!!
