    I am on Week 1 - Day 4 currently. I did week's 1-5 a month an a half ago and had to stop for work's busy season. That's finally over so I'm back to it. :)

    I am finishing 21 Day Fix next week then i will be starting my 2nd round of T25. Ash and Lizzie, T25 is a workout with Shaun T. The work outs are high intensity cardio and last 25 minutes each. It is a tough workout but a really good one :)

    About to start Alpha Week Four. It's still difficult, but it's definitely getting easier. Not seeing any weight differences, but I am seeing differences in my body - leaner thighs and stomach, feeling much stronger. Good luck!

    I just ordered mine last week. I should recieve it today or tomorrow. Just had a baby and need to lose the extra weight. 40 lbs. I love Sean T and Hip Hop abs, so I'm hoping I get results with this program. May do Insanity after I finish Beta. Would love some motivation and maybe results shares from people who have completed it. I'm a newbie to this site.
