Motivation for c25k

I hate that I have ZERO motivation! you would think losing weight and looking good would be it, but I constantly can find a reason to eat 2 cupcakes and turn around and not go to the gym! I was supposed to start c25k yesterday. The treadmill I use it at work downstairs...I got halfway downstairs and turned around and walked right out the door. My excuse is always that I am so tired. I do work 12 hour days so when I am finished with work around 8-9pm the last thing on my mind is wanting to go to the gym...but I seem to find the same excuses on days off as well! I need help changing my mindset!!

    I am also in the same boat. I started C25k last year and got through a few weeks then quit. I still kick myself for doing that...I was doing so well. Anyway, I was supposed to start on Monday and today is Tuesday and I still haven't started. I keep making excuses so maybe we can hold each other accountable. No more excuses, just do it! I am going to start tomorrow and I'll keep checking in and seeing if you started. If I can do it, you can. I hate running (hence all the excuses) but I NEED to do it. Plus, it works you up to running long distances and you only have to do small intervals to start with!
