My goal is to start c25k on monday!! So I am sitting here and thought maybe I would give it a try to today since I never thought I would make it through day one....AND I DID! I even managed to run two straight minutes at the end instead of one!! Can't wait for monday now!! Now I'm off to read Fitness Magazine! Enjoy you Saturday!!!

Yeah Ashley!! I did too today!! I was depressed because I was in week 3 and then stopped...no good reason, just stopped.
I kept seeing the PM you sent to me and thinking....get your butt back on track!!
I did day 1 and felt great!!

Jeannie, I've done the same thing many many times. Usually around week 5. I guess the good thing is we get started back up again eventually. And some day, we won't stop, and we'll make it all the way through!0
