I was curious if anyone has a good website for estimating my calories eaten. I ate some shredded chicken from a bbq place here in my area, and I looked on their website and there is not a nutrition guide. I ate about 1 cup of chicken with very very minimal bbq sauce on it and when I tried plugging it in my food diary, the one I used said I ate over 800 calories. I have a hard time believing this so I was just curious what calorie counter you use. Thanks!

hmm.. i would do it individually.. do the shredded chicken and how much you ate and then enter BBQ sauce and enter in about the amount that you ate. It may not be perfect, but I have to do that sometimes too.0

Dotti's Weight Loss Zone has a lot of restaurants with their menus & calories listed. It's possible yours may be on there. She researches and updates on a very regular basis.
