I'm not exactly sure which one to use, my grapes didn't have a nutrition table on them, but yet when I put in 1 cup of seedless green grapes I get anything from 13 calories to 110 calories. How can they be that different?

Check the serving size. Also, keep in mind that all of the nutrition info in the database is entered by members on the site...it's not guarranteed to be accurate. Look the calories up by doing an online search, and you should be able to come up with a number that you think is accurate.0
