What is heavy lifting?
Ok, I'm not very bright when it comes to lifting. What is heavy lifting? I would love to incorporate lifting a couple days a week to tone and some muscle. I am still on my weight loss journey. My gym has some circuit weights is that what it is? I don't know much about weights..thanks

I'm thinking about getting a bike this summer. We have some awesome bike trails where I live and thought it would be nice to do. Could I count it as exercise? Or at least on days I don't run bike and still burn a little calories?
