I ate about 1200 calories today (just under goal without workout.) Then, I burned about 700 in my workout. I'm not hungry at all. If I ate now, I'd feel sick. So, I under-ate a few days this week. I ate around 900-1000 calories, when my goal is 1270. Every time I go under 1200, MFP tells me that it worries about starvation mode. Not enough nutrients
I am noticing as I am tracking my food, I am not getting much in the way of nutrition.
