how I'm staying under calorie goal today

Here's how I am staying under my calorie goal for today:

I sat a giant bowl of lima beans in front of me for dinner. The first few bites were good, but now they are gross, and I don't want to eat anything anymore.

    Ahhh, lima beans. I don't blame you. I couldn't eat a bowl full either. However, they are extremely good for you and can actually aid in weightloss. Just sayin'...

    I love lima beans...and all beans for that matter!!! Love the taste and especially the texture! I eat a serving of kidney beans everyday at lunch, it's one of my diet "secrets" :) They keep you so full!

    Ok, so maybe I lied. I went back and updated my calories, and I ended up over anyway. However, I don't feel bad for eating them, and I'm sure a bit of exercise will gobble up those calories anyway.
