Feel sad fat and ugly :(
As title. Feeling really, really low about myself today, not upbeat or excited about the future like i have been. Did my bellydancing class and felt like an uncordinated whale. Its been 4 weeks since i went Gluten free :)

Went to the doctors today
And got to tell them to update my weight to 118kg down from 135.7 when they weighed me in the hospital :D Very very pleased, next goal is getting down to below my birth weight with the last two (115) and then down to below my pre-babies birth weight (about 100) Its happening though!

Anymore about? I probably 'cook' around 40% raw now, just made a wonderful raw sunflower pate and a raw hummus. I am really looking forward to getting a food dehydrator so that i can make sprout crackers and things. Would love to hear from more raw folk!

Heartburn!
I suffer terribly with heartburn, it does not assist my weightloss at all either. I have just be prescribed a daily pill that removes my indigestion and its bliss! I dont think about food all the time because the acid in my stomach is not informing me of when it is empty. I think it is really going to help :)
