HELP!
Hi there all, I'm posting here as a bit of a last resort really, I've fully lost my mojo with exercise and I need it back! Part of the reason for that is because I used to enjoy MMA and now that I'm developing my career as a sports massage therapist, I can't keep up the high-impact training as its damaging my wrists. So id…

I've fallen off the wagon...
I've had two days now of a complete lack of self control, I've eaten too much, far too much. But I just haven't been able to STOP myself these last two days!…

End of the Plateau!
Finally after TWO MONTHS of working hard, eating (fairly) well and generally being more active I have overcome the plateau that was keeping me at 100 kgs. I am now 97kgs and that is in the evening after a days worth of food and merriment! I will weigh myself tomorrow morning again but it is safe to say I have got through…

I've still got a way to go but... I've lost 41kgs!

Remind me that nobody cares...
So I have decided to start boxing twice a week. We start off with about 15mins of skipping, which to be honest I find very difficult, then stretching and then hitting stuff. There are three women (including me) that go, the rest are all beautifully toned and fit men. They are all lovely, I've not had any funny looks or got…
