Whats your next goal(s)

Mine is

to get below 110kgs which will be half of my weight shifted

to be able to run for 5k

    Oh and i also aim to add a handful of porridge and some soya milk to my breakfast each morning. I had this yesterday and it really helped improve my hunger levels throughout the day!

  • Good goals!! Mine are to get under 200 pounds and be able to run 5k in 30 minutes by January 1.

    great guys! Love the below 200lbs one, i think it will take me until march to get to there but what a fantastic feeling that will be :)

    I am hoping to be below 100kgs (which is around 220lbs) by mid februrary, my birthday :)

    We have to keep ourselves motivated through christmas hey!

    I am just going to exercise loads I think! Its easier when my hubby is off work because i dont have the babies around, so hopefully the two will balance themselves out!

  • my grown-up daughter used to do a class and loved it, but not had the guts to give it a go... maybe when I look less pregnant lol

    A year ago if you would ask me this my mini goal would be to get below 200 pounds. Now my mini goal is to get below 10% of body fat so I could see, hopefully, my abs and really seriously start working on building muscle and bulking. Crazy how fast time runs!

    Also, I want to be able to run 10 km under 55 minutes hopefully till end of the year...

    I would say to get to 160 by the end of the year (yes, i know it's slow but i'm purposely trying not to do it too fast), and to do some regular exercise at least 4 times a week.

    There is a great website i use to do daily classes online... its quite expensive but cheaper than a weekly class would be and might be the starting point you need to get confident to go to a proper class :)

    I reached my first minigoal of getting my BMI below 30 ("just" overweight vs. obese) a couple of weeks ago.
    next minigoal: BMI of 27. My BMI is currently 28.9. To reach it, I need to lose 4.9 kg or 10lbs.

    I want to get below 168 by christmas but 165 would be better and to get body fat down from 23.3% below 20%, although the latter is probably slightly unrealistic.

    I want to be able to hold my head up high and walk through a crowd of people without thinking they're staring at my flab :)

    I want to get under 170 by the time we go home for xmas next month. I'm at 173 now so i've got about 4 weeks to lose at least 4 lbs.
  • To do the "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" DVD (kick-*kitten* cardio workout) every day this week and next (OK, not Sundays).

    To look good in Bke jeans, miss me jeans, and rue 21 jeans.

    To be able to lift 100lbs.

    To look cute in Summer dresses.

    Get in shape.

    Smaller thighs

    Grow taller(pipe dream).
  • I want to gain 6lbs. This will bring me up to the healthy weight range for BMI. I've been hitting the gym like crazy and getting tons of protein so hopefully I can achieve this goal within 3 months. Putting on muscle is a slow process.

    I'm not too concerned with pounds lost at ths point, just wanna continue to slim down and tone up. Losing another inch by the end of this month and add another pullup (my weak point) would be nice

    My mini goal is to stick with my 30 day shred until it is finished in late December. Today is day 4! Doing 2 days on, 1 day cardio, 2 days on, 1 day cardio and then a rest day. Then repeat. First 2 days were insanely hard, but I have stuck with it so far and I am really determined to see this through for my health and my desire to have non-rubbing thighs for the first time in I don't know how long! :)
