RAW foodies?

Anymore about?

I probably 'cook' around 40% raw now, just made a wonderful raw sunflower pate and a raw hummus. I am really looking forward to getting a food dehydrator so that i can make sprout crackers and things.

Would love to hear from more raw folk!

    right now I am at 100% raw only juiced veggies with fruit. I plan to have only one "cooked" meal in my future though. I just feel like raw is so much better for you.

    Just found out Waitrose do a 10-bean 'soup and stew' mix :):)

    So bought three bags of it and have put them in to sprout!

    What a good quick sprouting fix!
