The Biggest Loser: WEIGHT LOSS YOGA---How many calories burn
Ok, so my heart rate monitor said that level one (including warm up and cool down) burned 535 calories. Since it isn't in the exercise vast library, can anyone confirm what their calorie burn is?

HUGE Muscles!
So I have been carrying 200+ pounds for almost ten years now. My gastrocnemius and soleus muscles are huge. When I flex and push on the muscle...it's solid (unlike the upper parts of my legs, they got lots of flab). My question: Since I am doing cardio and squats and circuit training...will those muscles get bigger or is…

Back again after knee injury
 I am so excited! I just did my first "real" workout since my knee went all nuts on me. It felt so good. The first time I had to do my warrior 2 pose, I thought my knee would give...BUT IT DIDN'T! I was so excited to get back with Bob for Weight Loss Yoga! So in his 35 minute workout, I burned 625…

Feeling Down
I injured my knee last week and was unable to do my The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga or my Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred. I was determined to still work out so I jumped on my elliptical machine. I slipped a little bit today...
so i got very upset this morning, my child was being a beast before he left for school. I tried to calm down, but I couldn't. I ended up eating a whole stack (16) of girl scout cookies, the thin mints. After I finished them, I didn't feel happy like I use to when I ate emotionally. It made me feel sick and fat and gross.

Spoke with my dietician
Since i was sooo confused about the 'eating your exercise calories' thing, I made an appointment with my dietician. She said that if I stick to 1500 calories a day and workout for at least 30 minutes a day, i will lose weight. Finally...someone was able to simplify the answer to my question. :-)

Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
So I bought this Jillian Michaels DVD about a year ago and have used it maybe 20 times in that year. I started doing it again last week and could only do the first three circuits before I came crashing down and skipped to the stretching at the end. Now I alternate between Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, Weight Loss Yoga and…

What happens if I don't eat my workout calories?
I was wondering what would happen if I didn't eat the calories I burn off during my workouts? Will my body go into starvation mode? I got the link that explains how the daily summary works, but it's still very confusing. Can someone help me and dumb it down...a lot.
