Since i was sooo confused about the 'eating your exercise calories' thing, I made an appointment with my dietician. She said that if I stick to 1500 calories a day and workout for at least 30 minutes a day, i will lose weight.

Finally...someone was able to simplify the answer to my question. :-)

  • Thank you! So far, in three weeks, I've lost 7 pounds! I'm so excited...I've even recruited two workout buddies. that way, when one buddy can't workout, the other can!

    that's a great idea! I wish I had a work out buddy. I had one but she never goes to the gym.
