Dairy Queen Zesty Queso?
Hello! Today is my splurge meal (kind of), and I ordered pretzel sticks and the queso dip, but I did not eat the queso dip. I’m trying to find out how many calories the cheese has in it, but all I can find is that the order together is 330 calories. Can anyone help me calculate the calories in the pretzel sticks alone?

Calorie goal not working?
My calorie goal for the day is 2403. When I look at “today” in my diary, it shows the 2403 goal. When I look at “tomorrow” in my diary, and every day forward, it shows 2850 calories as my goal. How come?

I bought an Omron HJ - 105 pedometer and it has a function where it's supposed to show you how many calories you've burned. It says I walked 110 setps and burned 11 kcal? What is a kcal? Anyone help?
