I bought an Omron HJ - 105 pedometer and it has a function where it's supposed to show you how many calories you've burned. It says I walked 110 setps and burned 11 kcal? What is a kcal? Anyone help?

It's an abbreviation.
1 kcal = 1 Calorie = 1000 calories. Common usage in the US is that a calorie is the same as a kcal (as far as nutrition labels are concerned ~Google.0 -
So 11kcal is 11 calories?0
