Re Introducing Myself!

Options
I was on here, and was doing great for about 3 months, then things got hard and I just sort of gave up. I want to get back in sync and feel excited and motivated to lose the weight! My current goals are:

-Stop drinking soda and sugary drinks
-No more fatty snacks
-Smaller meals
-Work out at LEAST one hour a day (for now)
-Get down to the weight I was at when I stopped before.
