Do you count cooldown into your calories burned?
I wear a HRM and take strength training classes 3 days a week. But I never know whether to count my cooldowns into the "calories burned" during my workouts. Anyone count your cooldown calories? Or do you just count your warmup + actual exercise? Thanks!! :smile:

How often do you take rest days?
I haven't taken a rest day this week, since I at least wanted to maintain my weight during the holiday weekend. But I usually take one day where I don't exercise, but it's usually not planned as to which day I take every week...I just go with it. lol Any of you do the same, or do you have a set day/days where you take that…

How much fish you can eat
I found a really cool site where I can see how much of a certain type of fish (or other seafood) that I can eat in a week. Three-cheese Mac and cheese - I don't know how small the bowl is, but it's supposed to be their appetizer or 3 cheeseburger sliders - again, their appetizer...it'll be plain mini cheeseburgers with no sauce...only ketchup and American cheese Which is less calorific and/or healthier? Favorite & most accurate food scale?

What day of the week is your weigh-in day?
Mine has always been on Fri/Sat mornings before breakfast, but I'm thinking of changing it and braving it out to Monday mornings!! I'm hoping this will keep me more accountable on the weekends. What day of the week works for all of you? :smile:

Tailbone hurts during abs exercises :(
Am I doing the ab routines incorrectly? When I do situps, it hurts my tailbone as I'm getting up and I end up having to stop. Does this happen to anyone else? Anything I can do about it? :sad: Thanks in advance for any feedback!!

Gain muscle or lose weight first?
I consider myself to be "skinny fat" due to the fact that I'm apple shaped and most of my flab comes from the arms and belly areas. After doing a couple calculations, it looks like I'm at about 26% body fat. But I find that it's so hard to lose weight and build muscle, it seems. At least for me. Any idea how to do this?…
