Treat meal strategy on Jackie Warner 5+2 plan?

I see that Jackie Warner's "This is Why You're Fat" book recommends having treat meals as having two treat meals during the week (each no more than 1500 calories). Has anyone tried this strategy? Does it still keep you on track with your weight loss? I'm thinking two 1500 calorie cheat meals are a bit much but maybe I'm wrong?

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!!

I've never heard of this strategy, but would be interested in hearing others experience with it.

I haven't heard of that particular strategy. is that 1500 calories for just one meal? For me I incorporate my cheats into my day almost everyday. If I want fries, then I get them but I get a small instead of a large, just simple trades that work with your calorie intake makes a big difference. You won't feel deprived and you won't be over doing it.

Ditto to this. If I want something, I will have it - but I'll work it into my diet rather than considering it a "cheat".

1500 in one meal is a LOT. I'm not sure I could eat that much in one sitting, without it being terribly unhealthy food.
