I just modified my carbs, protein, and fat. I have a history of type 2 diabetes, even in the smaller women, in my family. I was a gestational diabetic twice and was insulin dependent both times. Hi, I'm trying to find a recipe calculator that you can input a cup of this, a teaspoon of that, then it calculates the whole recipe and gives you the choice of a measurement instead of a serving. Did that make any sense? If not I will elaborate more.

stupid stir fry! stupid cast iron skillet! stupid oil!
NO. Stupid ME! Veggie mix sticks so I pour about a tablespoon of oil. not enough so pour another tablespoon. AFTER I eat, I log all this into my food diary and good grief! I forgot how high in calories the oil is! I LOVE my cast iron skillet but dang, I'll be using the orgreenic from now on for veggie stir fry!
