sneaky peanut butter

That peanut butter must've been hiding in my cabinet for months because I nearly never got the oil stirred back in! I had to put it in a different container. Used a whisk. That didn't work because it was too thick so I used a fork for awhile. Then microwaved it. Anyone have any ideas for mixing pnut butter?! I'm tempted to go back to Jif!
