Had late lunch

I had a glorious lunch... A small whole wheat tortilla - 100% whole wheat 1/4 black beans 1/4 grilled vegetables (red, yellow, green peppers) 1/4 chopped onions 1/4 chopped tomatoes 1/4 shredded lettuce A very simple and small quesadilla. I am in love. :love: :heart:
